Final year students are invited to register themselves for placements.
We imparts training in life and soft skills to prepare them to be ready for the selection process conducted by the companies
Establish contact with potential recruiters from the following sources

  1. Past Recruiters
  2. Companies where students undertook industry visits and project work.
  3. Companies who approach us direct

Based on the requirements of the companies, eligible and interested candidates are invited to appear for pre-placement talks, selection tests and Mock interviews.
Alternative routes: Arrangements are worked out with some companies who follow alternative selection routes like

Placement Committee

A Placement Committee is formed consisting of faculty members from various departments as well as the Placement Officers to review and monitor the functioning of the Bureau.

Meetings are calendarised to be held on the last working day of each month; in addition meetings are held as and when required.

Segmentation of Corporates into different businesses and targeting the segments which offer the best prospects for placement

Segmentation of students based on their performance and inclinations, we try to fit the right student to the right job.

Focus on about 30 companies to get to know them well, understand the requirements and offer preferential and personalized services to serve them better with a long term focus.

Career Guidance

We have two approaches

  • . Obtain assessment of students from external agencies which shows strengths, weaknesses, aptitude etc of students.
  • . Through placement faculty co-ordinators (Faculty members continually guide students based on their knowledge of the students as well as on the px;essment report from external agency).

Post Placement

  • • Visit campuses to ascertain performance of students.
  • • Provide guidance and moral support to students.
  • • Build long term relationships with recruiters.
